I am always looking for new gluten free pasta’s and breads that do not taste like cardboard or are whiter than wonder bread. Martha Shulman has some good reviews of the different ones that are available in this article and I am going to try the almond and cauliflower, chick pea pasta dish tonight for guests. For those of you who know me I am more of the buy it already made at Central Market kind of cook so wish me luck.
